If you (or the person you would like to buy our products for), have an allergy to any ingredient (such as nuts, egg, dairy, gluten, or any other allergen) we cannot guarantee that our products are safe to consume.

There may still be traces of these allergens due to the manufacturing process of some of our suppliers.  

Even if the specific product you would like to buy has no mention of the ingredient you wish to avoid, we still cannot guarantee traces won't be present in that product.

In addition, some of these allergens are present in our facility, such as tree nuts, peanuts and sesame, and other known allergens.

Therefore, we do not recommend our products for individuals with allergies to avoid any potential allergic reactions. 

We only recommend going ahead with your order if you (or the person you are buying for) are able to tolerate 'may contain' for any of the allergens you wish to avoid.

For those with allergies that are more serious and cannot be exposed to trace amounts or cross-contamination, we do not recommend any of our products.

On a personal note, as a parent with kids who have multiple food sensitivities, I know how frustrating it can be to find fun treats for kids like ours. This is why we started Candy Hackers to begin with.

My kids are intolerant and if/when they get exposed to allergens such as dairy or gluten, they will have a mild reaction but thankfully nothing life threatening. For this reason, I allow them to consume products with 'may contain' allergy warnings, but this is a decision each parent has to make together with the advice and guidance of medical/health professionals. 

I appreciate that there are kids out there who have serious allergies to multiple allergens, and my heart goes out to those kids.

We hope that one day Candy Hackers can open a dedicated 'Free From' facility to serve those with more serious allergies. 🥰
