Food Items

We go the extra mile to ensure that you receive the highest quality products possible. 

We can't accept returns on consumable products. If the issue is our fault, we will offer a full refund or replacement if you prefer. 

Autism, sensory issues, sensitivities, or food aversion

We know that some of our children (especially those with autism) have aversions to particular smells, textures and flavors. Many of our children have multiple food sensitivities that come and go.

We understand this very well and have a no-fuss refund policy in place for you. Refunds do not include shipping charges or related charges such as duty or import fees.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with your Candy Hackers food products, please email us along with your order number at support@candyhackers.com as soon as you can. We will do our best to look after you.

Please do let us know why your product didn’t work out for you. This is valuable feedback for us to consider and use for future versions of our products and ingredients. Simply send an email to hello@candyhackers.com with your order number and we’ll take care of you. 🥰

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 2-3 business days (not including public holidays). If you haven’t received a refund within this timeframe, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is processed.
