If your order is larger than average, we'll add extra ice for no additional charge.

🌎 📦 For packages shipped outside of the UK, factors beyond our control may come into play.  We kindly ask for your understanding as we are unable to offer refunds for orders affected by melting in transit.

Including ice packs with your order provides the best possible chance for your chocolate to reach you in great condition. It's important to note that we don't offer refunds for melted chocolate and during the warmer months in the UK, we may hold off on shipping temporarily.
